• Booking data: name, contact details, party size, date/time and dietary requirements when you reserve a table.

• Website usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and cookie preferences.

3. Why we process your data (lawful basis)

• Contract: to take and fulfil orders and table bookings.
• Consent: for marketing emails, optional cookie/tracking technologies, and special-category dietary data you voluntarily provide.
