These terms and conditions govern your use of the Lucknow Junction website, online orders, table reservations and catering enquiries. By using our website, you agree to these terms.
1. Ordering online
- All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Prices are as shown on the menu at the time of ordering and include VAT where applicable.
- You must collect your order at the requested pickup time. If you are running late, please call us.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including unavailable items or suspected fraud.
2. Payment
- Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment provider.
- Refunds for cancelled or incorrect orders will be handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
3. Table reservations
- Reservations are made through ResOS. You will receive confirmation by email/SMS.
- Large parties and special requests should be confirmed by phone.
- We may cancel or move a booking if circumstances require it; we will contact you as soon as possible.
4. Catering
- Catering enquiries must be confirmed by us in writing (email or phone) before any booking is final.
- A deposit may be required for large events.
5. Loyalty and referrals
- Loyalty points have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
- We reserve the right to amend or discontinue the loyalty scheme at any time.
- Referral rewards are issued once the referred friend completes their first qualifying order.
6. Website use
- You must not use our website for unlawful purposes or attempt to disrupt its operation.
- We are not liable for temporary unavailability caused by maintenance or factors beyond our control.
7. Allergies and dietary requirements
Please inform us of any allergies or intolerances when ordering or booking. While we take all reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee the absence of traces of allergens in a busy kitchen environment.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
